Terms of Service
These terms form the agreement between you and Mantia. They apply from the moment you create an account, download the software or run it.
The service is provided and the software is published by the owner of the Mantia product. You can reach us using the details in «Contacting us».
1. What we provide
Mantia is software for working with multiple browser profiles, together with the related digital service: an account, delivery of the software and operation of the agent.
The product is an early release. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, preservation of your data, or that any given feature will remain available in future.
2. Your account
An account belongs to one person. You must not share your sign-in details with anyone else. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done under your account.
By registering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
3. The service is provided «as is»
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we give no warranties of fitness for any particular purpose, of continuity, of freedom from error, or of compatibility with anything whatsoever. You use the product at your own risk.
4. You are responsible for what you do
You alone are responsible for your actions, for the content you create or transmit, for complying with applicable law, and for complying with the rules of the platforms on which you operate.
We are not a party to your relationship with those platforms and are not responsible for their decisions, including any restriction, suspension or closure of your accounts with them.
What is prohibited is set out in the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Limitation of our liability
We are not liable for loss of profit, indirect or incidental loss, loss of data, or the consequences of decisions taken by third parties.
Our aggregate liability on any basis is limited to the amount you have actually paid us in the twelve months preceding the event. While the product is distributed free of charge, that amount is nil.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence and liability for fraud.
6. Indemnity
If a third party or a public authority brings a claim against us because you have breached these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, you will reimburse us for the costs we incur in connection with it.
7. We may withdraw access
We may at any time, without prior notice and without giving reasons, restrict or terminate your access to the service and to the software — in particular where these terms have been breached or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect abuse.
We may also refuse access to a new account created on a device whose access was previously withdrawn. How this works technically is described in the Software Licence and in the Privacy Policy. If a block turns out to be mistaken, it is lifted on request.
8. Changes
We may change the service, its features and these terms. The version in force is always published on this page. By continuing to use the product after a change, you accept the new version.

10. Governing law and disputes
These terms and any relationship arising out of them are governed by the law of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Talk to us first. Before starting proceedings, write to us. Most questions are settled by correspondence, and we ask you to give us that chance.
Time limit. Any claim under these terms must be brought within one year of the date on which the grounds for it arose, unless applicable law imposes a different mandatory period.
Consumer rights. If you use the product as a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the mandatory rights granted to you by the law of your country of habitual residence, and does not restrict your ability to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence where the law gives you that right.
