Acceptable Use Policy
This policy forms part of the Terms of Service. It sets out what Mantia must not be used for.
1. Prohibited uses
- fraud of any kind, including deceiving buyers and sellers, fake listings and sham transactions;
- phishing, impersonating other people's websites, and obtaining sign-in or payment details by deception;
- accessing other people's accounts without the owner's permission, password guessing, and using stolen or purchased credentials;
- creating, distributing or running malicious code;
- bulk messaging without the recipients' consent;
- pyramid schemes, «investment» schemes, money laundering and the cashing out of criminal proceeds;
- trading in goods that are unlawful to trade, stolen or counterfeit;
- inflating metrics and advertising fraud: fake impressions, clicks, installs, reviews and votes;
- bulk collection of people's personal data without a lawful basis;
- circumventing the security measures and technical restrictions of other people's systems for an unlawful purpose;
- material and conduct connected with violence, terrorism, child exploitation and incitement to hatred;
- breaching applicable sanctions restrictions;
- reselling access, transferring an account, and offering Mantia's capabilities to third parties as a service of your own;
- circumventing the restrictions of the licence and the product's protection measures — including any attempt to conceal or falsify device information in order to get around a withdrawal of access.
2. How we apply this
We do not review the content of your work and do not monitor what you do inside your profiles. We act on reports from rights holders, platforms and public authorities, and on technical indicators of abuse.
3. Consequences of a breach
If this policy is breached we may immediately and without warning restrict or terminate access, close the account, and refuse access from the same device in future. Amounts already paid are not refunded.
Information in our possession is disclosed to public authorities on a lawful request.
4. If a block is mistaken
If you believe access has been withdrawn in error, write to us — we will review your request and lift the block if it was applied wrongly.
