Download and install Mantia

Which Mac you have

Open the Apple menu → «About This Mac» and look at the «Chip» or «Processor» line.

Apple Silicon

If it names an Apple chip, take the Apple Silicon build.

Intel

If it names an Intel processor, take the Intel build.

Installation

1. Download the build for your Mac using the link at the top of this page.
2. Open the image and drag Mantia into «Applications».
3. On the first run macOS will say it cannot verify the software. The installation has to be confirmed in settings.
4. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down to the line about Mantia and press «Open Anyway». On macOS 15 right-click and «Open» no longer help — only this path does.

First run

Once installed, open Mantia.

Register in the software or on the website — access opens straight away.

Have a proxy ready before you start. A profile on the Firefox core will not open without one, and that is not a fault: going out directly would show the site your computer's real address — the very thing the browser exists to prevent. A plain HTTP, HTTPS or SOCKS5 proxy will do, including the familiar host:port:login:password form.

A profile on the Safari core can be started without a proxy: the software asks you to confirm and remembers that you agreed. Such a profile goes out with the machine's real address — fine for trying the software out, not for working with accounts.

The agent does not work without a proxy on either core, and it needs a balance in your account wallet: it is billed by usage rather than included in the plan.
